Excessive fatigue and stress caused by a hectic lifestyle or jet lag can cause insufficient sleep quality and quantity.

Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag.
Valerian promotes relaxation and sleep for a restful night's sleep.
The exclusive formulation of Melatonin Retard Valeriana Fast ensures the controlled release of the active ingredients present in the tablets.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Please refer to the packaging for additional instructions if necessary.

Main ingredients: Valerian dry extract 50mg, Melatonin 1mg.

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; valerian dry extract (Valeriana officinalis L. roots, maltodextrin); anti-caking agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin; coloring: iron oxides and iron hydroxides.
Gluten-free.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening, before going to bed.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
With specific reference to the ingredient melatonin, please note that: to induce sleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime, while to alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
