Late delivery does not allow you to reject or cancel the order.

If the products delivered to you do not match your order, are damaged or defective, or the quantity of the products is incorrect, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing by sending your problem to our contact address within 24 hours of the date of delivery of those products.
Ownership of the Products shall pass to you, and you shall become their principal owner when they are delivered to you. Upon ownership of the goods passing to you, ownership of the goods passes to you, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage to them.

Standard (Low-Cost) Shipping- POST OFFICE:
This is our most affordable option, but please note it does not include insurance. While we take great care in packing your order, we can’t take responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during transit with this method. -
Insured Shipping- UPS:
If you’d like your order to be covered in case of loss or damage, please select the insured shipping option at checkout. This option includes full coverage, and we’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund if anything happens during delivery.

All prices include all applicable taxes.
Right of withdrawal.
You have the right to cancel your order without providing us with any reason before the order is shipped.
In this case, you will receive a full refund of your payment (if any).
If the order has been dispatched, you still have the right to return the goods to us and receive the amount the total amount of the returning products (read our returns policy).
You can cancel the order, add, or remove items, even after it has been placed, by contacting us by phone at (+357)23258789 or by emailing us at [email protected] if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Complaints.
If you have any complaints about our products or services, please use the contact us form on our website. We will respond within 48 hours.
We hope you'll love every purchase you make from our website, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order by simply notifying us by email within 14 days from the date you received the items. In case you have already received your goods, you must return them to us within 14 days from the cancellation date. The product must be returned to us unopened with any seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item. This means a visual inspection and not a product trial.
Τransport costs are the user's responsibility.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
Goods are offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
Prices and manufacturers specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract.
Claims for damaged goods must notify within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately.

Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.
The cardholders name and address and delivery address must be the same for the 1st order.
Please note that UPS shipments which are not successfully delivered will not be returned to the sender and will be permanently destroyed or disposed of without prior notice.
Orders shipped via UPS cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
It is the client’s responsibility to monitor the shipment status via the UPS tracking platform and to contact UPS directly should they notice any irregularities.
We are not responsible for further delays in the shipping time of your order.
The shipping time can vary from 10-35 days.
If your order is returned to the sender due to non-collection within 2 months from the shipping date, you may request a refund for the cost of the products in your order via email.
The company policy is to dispatch goods within 72 hours of receiving your order, however this can vary subject to availability of stock. Times quoted are made in good faith, but shall not be binding. Panayiotis G. Loizou Pharmacy Ltd cannot accept responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.
Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.

ePharmadora Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. General
The ePharmadora Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is a digital value code that can be used exclusively for purchases made through the ePharmadora online store. By purchasing or using the Gift Card, you agree to the following terms.
2. Format & Delivery

The Gift Card is issued exclusively in digital form (e-gift card).

It is delivered via email to the address provided during checkout.
3. Use of the Gift Card

The Gift Card can be used for any product available on the ePharmadora website.

The holder enters the unique Gift Card code in the “Coupon Code” field at checkout.

The Gift Card can be used in full or partially:

If the order total exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

If the order total is lower, the remaining balance stays available for future purchases.

4. Validity Period

The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

After expiration, any remaining balance is lost and cannot be refunded or extended.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

The Gift Card cannot be refunded, cancelled, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for any other product or service.

ePharmadora is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Card codes after delivery.
6. Code Security & Ownership

The person who has access to the Gift Card code is considered the authorized user.

ePharmadora bears no responsibility for unauthorized use once the code has been delivered.
7. Invalid or Faulty Gift Cards
ePharmadora reserves the right to cancel or replace Gift Cards that:

were issued due to technical or accounting errors,

were obtained fraudulently,

show signs of tampering or alteration.
8. Returns of Products Purchased with a Gift Card

If an item purchased with a Gift Card is returned, the refunded amount will be issued as a Gift Card balance, not cash.

No monetary refunds are provided.
9. Modification of Terms
ePharmadora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes apply to future Gift Card purchases.
