Igactive Sweet Dreams combines melatonin, which accelerates the onset of sleep, with the relaxing properties of valerian to provide a quick and restful sleep.

Melatonin is a substance produced in the human body and promotes the onset of sleep.
According to the assessment of the European Food Safety Authority, melatonin per 1mg dose contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep.

Melatonin also contributes to relieving the subjective feeling of jet lag, as long as at least 0.5 mg of melatonin is consumed before bedtime, on the first day of travel and a few days after arriving at the destination.

Active ingredients Per softgel:
Melatonin 1 mg
Valerian root extract 100 mg

Take 1 softgel daily, preferably half an hour before bedtime or as directed by your doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
