**Are all products available?**Εpharmadora.com makes every effort to ensure that all its products are readily available using modern computerization to monitor stock levels. With continuous stock control, we make sure to reflect the correct availability of the products. In case any of the products are not available in the pharmacy, the waiting time can be up to 3 - 4 working days. In the case of a code being out of stock, the ordering department of epharmadora.com will contact you and inform you about the exact time of receipt of your products or the change/cancellation of your order.
**If I receive my parcel and the product(s) I received are wrong from the ones I ordered, what is the procedure?**Epharmadora.com will return your parcel and will send you again at its own expenses the correct product, if you send us a photo (by email or Viber with your order details) with your parcel. If the product you selected is not in stock in our Pharmacy, epharmadora.com will refund you the value of the product to your account. The incorrect product will be returned to epharmadora.com at the recipient's expenses ( epharmadora.com).
The process should be done within 24 hours after you have received your parcel from the carrier.
**If I receive my package and the products it contains are damaged or spilled, what is the procedure?**
Epharmadora.com will replace your package if you send us photos
(by email or Viber with your order details) with your parcel that the products you have selected appear damaged or spilled. If the product you selected belongs to a limited edition category or an out of stock code and there is no additional stock in our Pharmacy, e
pharmadora.com will refund the money of the product's value to the account you have sent us. The damaged product must be returned to
epharmadora.com at the cost of the recipient (
epharmadora.com). You will also provide us with your details (contact phone number, name and order number). The process should be done in 24 hours from the moment you have received your parcel from the carrier.
No replacement is made for products whose packaging contents have not been altered.
**Can I cancel my order?**You can cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store.

**Can I return a product?**Of course, you can return a product you have purchased from epharmadora.com
epharmadora.com accepts returns within 14 calendar days under certain conditions.
In case of there is no mistake by our company, only the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products is returned.
If you wish to return one or more products, the shipping and handling costs are:

Alternatively, you can choose another courier company of your preference. In this case, shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
The return of the products must be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
No returns on Milk and Baby Food items are accepted for safety and quality reasons.
