Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin of the B vitamins that work together with folic acid for DNA synthesis. It is essential for the function of the nervous, and immune systems as well as for the blood cell production. Among others Vitamin B12 is neccessarey for the regeneration of cells, among which red blood cells, which together with hemoglobin supply oxygen to the whole body.

3,000 mcg Vitamin Β12 (300 mg X 1% -Cyanocobalamin), 300 mg Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid).
