Take 2 capsules 3 times a day, after each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner). The capsules are taken after a meal.
Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
To achieve the beneficial effect of fiber as it passes through the gastrointestinal tract, it is recommended to consume at least 2 liters of water or fluids per day, otherwise constipation might occur.
Contraindications
If you are taking fat-soluble medicines (eg birth control pills) or other medications, it should be taken after 2-4 hours or as directed by your doctor.
Side effects
Minimal side effects have been reported with XLS Medical PRO-7: discomfort, hypersensitivity reactions such as rash, itching and swelling, headache and mild gastrointestinal symptoms (such as nausea, stomach pain, bloating, diarrhea and difficulty).
If you notice any side effects, stop taking XLS Medical PRO-7.

XLS Medical PRO-7 contains traces of oxalic acids, which are found in many green vegetables. If you suffer from kidney disease or have kidney stones, avoid taking the product regularly.

Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
