Urgopore Sensitive Skin Tape 5m × 5cm is used to gently secure a dressing or medical device in place, especially on fragile or sensitive skin.

Before applying, clean the skin with water or a mild antiseptic if required, then make sure the area is completely dry, as moisture reduces adhesion and can irritate the skin.
Cut or tear the amount of tape you need from the roll; it is designed to be easily torn by hand.
Place the tape over the dressing or device you want to hold in place, then press it down gently so it adheres smoothly.
Do not stretch the tape while applying, as this can cause discomfort or skin damage, especially when it is removed.

The tape should sit flat without wrinkles and should feel secure but not tight, allowing normal circulation and movement.

It is breathable and suitable for daily use, but it should be changed regularly, usually once a day or whenever the dressing is changed, or sooner if the tape becomes wet or dirty.
The tape is intended to hold dressings in place and should not be applied directly onto open, bleeding, or infected wounds.
