The Ashwagandha 800 from Trec Nutrition with 60 capsules ASHWAGANDHA 800 contains an extract of ashwagandha root, which has adaptogenic properties and strengthens vital forces and which strengthens the mental-physical condition. The supplement is recommended for intensive training people as well as for people exposed to stress. What is Ashwagandha (Indian ginseng)? Ashwagandha (Indian ginseng) is a species from the nightshade family and grows up to 2 m high, has oval leaves and reddish balloon-like flowers. The cultivation of the medicinal plant ashwagandhandha is widely used mainly in the western areas of India. It is also commonly known as "Indian Ginseng". Ashwagandha is one of the most commonly used products due to its versatile effects and very good compatibility. Ashwagandha has an anti-inflammatory effect and has a positive effect on muscles, bones and deficiency conditions of the tissue. Ashwagandha + Guarana is intended for physically active people, athletes and those who need a safe source of energy.

The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. After use, the packaging always wear well.
Store in a dry and cool place out of reach of small children.
If this is a dietary product, this must be taken exactly according to the instructions for use and only for athletes with intense museum stimulation.
Do not exceed dosage recommendation.

Extract of Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) [1.5% Withanolide] (85.1%), capsule shell (gelatine, dye - patent blue V), agent against clumping - magnesium salts of fatty acids

Take 1 portion of the preparation (1 capsule) with 250 ml of water.
Take 1 serving daily, preferably during the meal.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
