In line with the formulation used in their energy drinks, Torq Gels have a blend of Maltodextrin, a long chain complex carbohydrate and Fructose (fruit sugar) in a 2:1 ratio for maximum carbohydrate absorption.

The texture of the Torq gel is light and syrupy. It doesn’t stick to your mouth and you don’t need water to wash it down. Torq have deliberately designed this gel to be easy to consume when you are on the move.

Torq Gel provides 30 grams of multiple-transportable carbohydrates

Maltodextrin (Glucose Polymers) (42%), Water, Fructose (21%), Guarana Extract (0.9%), Electrolytes (Sodium Chloride, Calcium Lactate, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Carbonate), Natural Flavouring (0.3%), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acid (Citric Acid)

Torq Gels are extremely popular with runners and can be used as a single fuel source at 2-3 Torq Units per hour with hydration being addressed separately.
