Tilman Sedistress Sleep x 28 Tablets - With Valerian Dry Extract - Used against Sleep Disorders And Stress

Sedistress Sleep is an herbal medicinal product used for the relief of mild nervous tension and sleep disorders containing valerian dry extract


 
What Sedistress Sleep contains:
The active substance is dry extract from Valerian root (Valeriana ofcinalis L.). Each tablet contains 500 mg of Valerian dry extract, equivalent to 2 g – 3 g of Valerian root.
Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60 % V/V.

The other ingredients are:
Tablet core: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous, pregelatinised starch, colloidal silica anhydrous, magnesium stearate.
Film-coating: polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol, talc, indigo carmine aluminium lake (E132), iron oxide red (E172), iron oxide black (E172).

How to take Sedistress Sleep:
The recommended dose for adults and adolescents from 12 years is:
For relief of mild nervous tension, take 1 tablet up to 3 times daily.
For relief of sleep disorders, take 1 tablet half to one hour before bedtime, with an earlier dose
during the evening if necessary.
Do not exceed a dose of 4 tablets per day.
The tablets should be swallowed with some water. Do not chew.
In order to achieve an optimal treatment effect, continued use over 2-4 weeks is recommended.
Speak to a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen after 2 weeks of continued use.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Not recommended.
