Sinomarin® Adults Isotonic is an isotonic seawater solution (0.9% in NaCl) rich in minerals & trace elements. Cleanses the nasal cavities by removing accumulated mucus and adherents such as pathogens (eg bacteria & viruses), allergens (eg pollen, household allergens), dust and dirt, through mechanical action helping to maintain the health of the nose and the avoidance of secondary ENT. infections.
Helps relieve nasal symptoms such as congestion and hypersecretion of mucus that can be caused by e.g. the common cold and allergies, helping to improve nasal breathing. It also moisturizes the nasal mucosa in dry environment.
