Remeheal® offers us the solution:

Fast healing of light, superficial physical wounds, burns and hacks, for example skin wounds from nails or even sharp objects Class IIa Medical Device, which is available as a hydrocolloid gel spray and can be used by people of all ages

water, Isopropyl myristate, Cetearyl ethylhexanoate, Silver, Phenoxyethanol, Carnosine, Carbomer, Caprylic/Capric triglyceride, Stearyl heptanoate, Ethylhexylglycerin
Glyceryl oleate citrate, Citric acid, Stearyl caprylate, Sodium hydroxide

In case of trauma:
Good cleaning and disinfection of the wound
Apply to the wound site
Apply a bandage if necessary

In case of burn:
Place burn site under running water for 15-20 minutes
Apply to the burn site
