Pupa True Lips Pencil 017 (Natural) is a lip contour pencil with ultra-pigmented color and a soft, smooth texture. Designed for precise definition, it allows you to outline the lips with control and then blend inward to create a seamless natural finish. Thanks to its rich pigmentation, the shade 017 Natural gives a flattering neutral tone that enhances your natural lip color while helping shape and define your lips. The pencil can be used alone for a sophisticated matte effect, or underneath your lipstick to increase its wear time and act as a “barrier” to prevent feathering and bleeding. It’s dermatologically tested and paraben-free

Synthetic wax, polybutene, isododecane, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, hydrogenated poly(C6-14 olefin), hydrogenated polydecene, hydrogenated polyisobutene, jojoba seed oil, ceresin, ozokerite, microcrystalline wax, tocopherol (vitamin E), and ascorbyl palmitate (vitamin C) for antioxidant benefits.

Start by applying the pencil from the center of your upper lip, drawing a thin, continuous line along the contour. Then outline the lower lip beginning from the outer corner and ending in the center. Use the built-in latex blending applicator to softly smudge the line inward, which gives a more natural look. You can leave it as is for a matte finish, or apply a lipstick or gloss on top.
