The vitamin components are L‑ascorbic acid (vitamin C), DL‑alpha‑tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), niacin (or nicotinamide), calcium‑D‑pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine (vitamin B1), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin (vitamin B7), and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
There may also be beetroot juice powder or a food colour (such as riboflavin or similar) for natural/color tinting.

To use Pharmavital Multivitamin Orange Effervescent Tablets, dissolve one tablet in approximately 200‑250 ml of water, stirring until it is fully dissolved.
Drink this once daily, preferably during or after a meal to help with absorption of certain vitamins and to reduce any possible irritation in the stomach.
Do not exceed the stated recommended dose.
