In tablet or gummy form, it is used to soothe the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract, and to soothe mild discomfort in the oral cavity, as it has a mild analgesic effect. It relieves itching and is a decongestant. It is also used in nasal sprays or inhalers formulated with plant extracts, to promote respiratory well-being. It is also found in food and oral hygiene products.

In case of allergy to the substance, chronic respiratory diseases, as well as during pregnancy and young children, do not use products with menthol and consult a healthcare professional.

For 3 tablets:

Marshmallow dry extract (60 mg), Echinacea dry extract (60 mg), Thyme dry extract (30 mg), Singing Grass Dry Extract (30 mg).

It is recommended to let the tablet dissolve in the mouth.
Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation. Do not take this food supplement if you are allergic or intolerant to any of its ingredients.
