The Neutrogena Hand Cream (75 ml) is a rich and concentrated hand cream formulated to deeply moisturize and soften dry or rough hands. It delivers intensive hydration even with a small amount, making it effective for dry, cracked or weather‑exposed skin. The formula — often fragrance-free — relies heavily on humectant and emollient ingredients to restore softness, smoothness and suppleness to hands, helping protect the skin barrier and relieve dryness. This cream is particularly useful in harsh conditions (cold weather, frequent washing, exposure to elements) or for hands that get easily dry or damaged.

The cream’s composition commonly includes water (aqua), a high proportion of glycerin (humectant), cetearyl alcohol, fatty acids such as palmitic and stearic acid, and mild emollients. In some versions, paraffin liquidum (mineral oil), dimethicone, or petrolatum may be present — all contributing to moisture retention and skin barrier protection. Preservatives and stabilisers are included as typical for creams. The formula avoids heavy fragrances when in its “unscented” variant, making it more suitable for sensitive skin
