To introduce the Period Cup effortlessly, you need to fold it first. It is best to press it flat and then fold it in the middle. So you can insert it slowly. But get into a comfortable situation for that. You can use the handle to position the cup optimally. If the cup with the handle no longer looks out and you no longer feel it, it sits correctly. Just as you introduced Period Cup, you can also remove it. Pull the handle a little and squeeze the cup minimally to be able to grasp it properly. You can empty the cup in the toilet. Then rinse the cup briefly or wipe it out and reinsert it.
