Zinc is an integral part of insulin, the hormone used to treat diabetes, and is essential for all protein synthesis in the body.
In cases of increased physical or mental demands on the body, there may be a greater need for zinc or a greater loss of zinc from the body, considering that high-fibre foods inhibit the absorption of zinc from food.

One fifth of the zinc stored in the body is concentrated in the skin.
Zinc also helps in tissue regeneration and participates in some of the enzyme reactions necessary for the normal functioning of the sebaceous glands of the skin.
It directly affects many organ systems such as the nervous, immune and reproductive systems. It also maintains the proper functioning of the senses such as taste and smell.

1 tablet per day.

This product, recommended for short periods of use to cover zinc deficiency in a short period of time.
Zinc should be taken only with the doctor's consent.
Some patients when taking Zinc on an empty stomach may experience minor digestive upset, such as nausea. If something similar happens, then you should avoid taking zinc fasting.

Also, long-term zinc intake can lead to anemia.
Store in a cool and dry environment and protect from light.
