Lamberts A To Z Multivitamins & Minerals x 30 Tablets

A-Z Multi is a one-a-day formula providing all of the most important micronutrients needed on a daily basis. It provides a useful amount of iron, a mineral that is particularly important for young women. Suitable for those of 13 years and upwards, making it a good long term supplement for teenagers.

Formula containing all the necessary daily nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and trace elements for a strong and healthy body
One tablet per day provides 100% of the recommended daily intake for micronutrients
It covers the nutritional needs of the body in cases where the diet is not sufficient.
Strengthens the body's antioxidant defense and immune system.
It acts against fatigue and tiredness, and contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients.

Vitamin A 800µg (2664iu), Vitamin D 10μg (400iu), Vitamin E 12mg (15iu), Vitamin C 80mg, Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 1.1mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.4mg, Niacin (Vitamin B3 16mg, Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 1.4mg, Folic Acid 200μg, Vitamin B12 2.5μg, Biotin 50μg, Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) 6mg, Vitamin K 75μg, Calcium (as carbonate) 200mg, Iron (as ferrous fumarate) 14mg, Magnesium (as oxide) 100mg, Zinc (as oxide) 15mg, Iodine (as potassium iodide) 150μg, Copper (as sulphate) 1mg, Silicon (as dioxide) 2mg, Selenium (as selenite) 55μg, Chromium (as chloride) 50μg, Manganese (as sulphate) 2mg, Manganese (as sulphate) 0.3 mg
