Doctor's Formulas D-Mannose is a specialized dietary supplement for immediate and effective protection against urinary tract infections.  

Mannose is a simple sugar found in abundance in some fruits. It is also produced by the human body, but in small quantities, while it is not metabolized and excreted unchanged in the urine.  
Properties:
- Mannose has a protective effect on the urinary system against infections and chronic inflammation (urinary tract infection, cystitis) from coliforms, such as E.Coli, which is the main cause of about 90% of urinary tract infections. 
- Mannose helps in the normal removal of coliform bacteria and prevents the creation of local inflammation while at the same time reducing the unpleasant symptoms.
