Braderm Tramexal Cream is a topical emulsion designed to reduce skin hyperpigmentation and discolorations while promoting a more uniform and radiant complexion. Its formula combines active agents intended to inhibit excess melanin production, brighten skin tone, and help prevent new dark spots. The emulsion is presented in a light texture, suitable for daily application on areas of the face or hands (or other skin areas as recommended). The inclusion of moisturizing and soothing agents aims to maintain skin hydration and comfort while treating pigment irregularities. Regular use over time can help even out skin tone and improve overall skin appearance.

The active formulation of Braderm Tramexal includes 2% Tranexamic Acid and Kojic Acid as primary brightening agents, aiming to inhibit melanin overproduction and lighten hyperpigmented areas. The cream also contains skin‑soothing bisabolol, hydrating Hyaluronic Acid to help maintain moisture and suppleness, as well as additional components like antioxidants (e.g. vitamin C derivatives), emollients, and a UV filter which helps protect treated skin from further photo‑induced pigmentation. The base includes typical emulsion/excipient ingredients (emollients, stabilizers, humectants, etc.) to ensure proper texture and skin absorption.

Apply Braderm Tramexal Cream on clean, dry skin to the areas requiring pigmentation correction (face, hands or other targeted zones). It is recommended to use once or twice daily, depending on skin tolerance and need, for a period of 2–3 months (or as advised by a dermatologist) to achieve visible results. Avoid applying on broken or irritated skin, and avoid contact with eyes. After application, if the cream contains a UV filter, still consider sun protection (e.g. sunscreen) to prevent new pigmentation. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat.
