Organic chamomile (loose) ideal for preparing herbal infusions that promote relaxation, support digestion, and may relieve mild stomach discomfort or tension. Chamomile is traditionally used for general well-being and natural calming effects.

Organic chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla).

Boil 200 ml of water. Add 1–2 teaspoons of chamomile to the water. Let steep for 5–10 minutes.

Drink 1–3 cups daily, preferably after meals or to relax before sleep.
