Delivering an expert blend of all 8 B vitamins, that work together to support your body’s natural energy metabolism and help with the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Scientifically formulated, the oral spray delivers a B-complex of vitamins directly into the bloodstream, bypassing primary processing by the gut. The tiny droplets within the spray absorb quickly into the buccal membrane of the inner cheek, providing fast and effective nutrient update.

B-complete Oral Spray contains the most bioavailable ingredients to ensure optimal absorption and metabolism by the body. A complete blend of B-vitamins to support normal energy-yielding metabolism (biotin), normal psychological function (B6) and help with the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (B12).

Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 0.28mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 0.35mg, Niacin (Vitamin B3) 8mg, Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 4.5mg, Vitamin B6 2.8mg, Biotin (Vitamin B7) 50μg (micrograms), Folic acid (Vitamin B9) 200μg, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 100μg.

Water, diluent (xylitol), glycerin, niacinamide (vitamin B3), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), preservative (potassium sorbate), riboflavin 5-phosphate (vitamin B2), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), natural flavourings (peach, plum and raspberry), folic acid (vitamin B9), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), acidity regulator (sodium hydroxide), D-biotin (vitamin B7).

Biotin (B7) contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin
B6 and Folic Acid (B9) contribute to the normal function of the immune system
B3 and B5 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function
Riboflavin (B2) helps to protect cells from oxidative stress and maintain healthy red blood cells
B5 and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism to aid the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

Adults: use 4 sprays a day, taken together or separately
Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.

Do not exceed recommended dosage. Contains xylitol – excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

Once opened, use within 6 months.
Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
