Product Description
A.Vogel Dormeasan Dietary Supplement with Valerian and Hops for the Normalization of Sleep 50ml
A. Vogel Dormeasan is a herbal organic tincture of valerian and hops with a relaxing and calming effect. Hops, a key component of beer, soothes tension and anxiety, normalizes the functioning of the nervous system and is particularly important for dealing with stress-related problems. Its anxiolytic action also acts on the muscles, relieving them of tension. Valerian is an herb with relaxing and neurotonic properties. It can be used safely to reduce tension and anxiety, hyper-arousal while being highly effective in improving sleep quality. As an antispasmodic, valerian helps to treat cramps and intestinal colic. At the same time, it is indicated as a pain reliever when the pain is associated with tension (e.g. headaches).

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Medicinal Products of Herbal Origin (HMPC) have approved the use of valerian and hops as traditional herbal aids for the relief of mild symptoms of mental stress and to promote sleep.

Instructions for Use
Adults: 25 drops in a little water (optionally honey can be added), half an hour before bedtime.
Children over 6 years: 10 drops in a little water (optionally honey can be added), half an hour before bedtime.

To improve anxiety symptoms:
Adults: 10-20 drops in a little water, 1 to 2 times a day.
Children over 6 years: 10 drops in a little water, 1 time a day.

Dosage
For insomnia: 25 drops in a little water (optionally honey can be added)
For anxiety: 10-20 drops in a little water, 1 to 2 times a day.

Contraindications-Interactions
Do not take at the same time with hypnotics, anxiolytic drugs, alcohol, as well as by children, pregnant and lactating women.
