Braderm Kurac Cream 30ml

The main active ingredients of Braderm Kurac Cream include 4?nzoyl peroxide, which acts as an antibacterial and helps eliminate acne‑causing bacteria; zinc sulfate (about 1%) to reduce excess sebum and provide antibacterial effect; retinol (0.5%) to help exfoliate, renew skin and improve penetration into follicles; mandelic acid (1%) as a gentle exfoliating agent with keratolytic and antibacterial effects; and a moisturizing/soothing complex (glycyrrhetinic acid + phytosphingozines) to mitigate irritation and support skin comfort. The full composition also includes other components such as lactobionic acid, undecylenic acid and other formulation excipients, but the therapeutic effects are mainly driven by the listed active substances.

After cleansing the skin with a suitable gentle cleanser, apply a thin layer of the cream onto the affected areas once per day, preferably in the evening, on completely dry skin. For sensitive skin, it may be advisable to start with less frequent application (e.g. every other day) to allow the skin to adjust. Avoid exposure of treated areas to direct sunlight or UV sources. Do not apply on broken skin or open wounds. If irritation becomes excessive (redness, itching, excessive dryness), discontinue use.
