Salutem Magnesium +B6 Cherry Shots 10 Shots x 25ml

A form of magnesium that is maximally absorbable by the human body (chelate form) with an excellent cherry flavor.
Magnesium supports proper muscle function and, together with vitamin B6, contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and reduces fatigue and exhaustion.

The liquid form of magnesium is quickly absorbed, and therefore has an almost immediate onset of effect. It is also suitable for people who have difficulty swallowing tablets or capsules. The packaging of the recommended daily dose directly in individual ampoules (shots) allows for easy use, e.g. during training or on longer trips.

Mineral chelates are a natural form of mineral substance for the human body, and therefore are much better absorbed by the organism than organic or inorganic forms of minerals. They can pass through the digestive system without much use and largely leave the body during morning excretion. Mineral chelates, on the other hand, are absorbed very easily and quickly, positively affecting the overall usability of the mineral, and especially its effectiveness.

A chelate represents the binding of a mineral to two "carriers", usually amino acids, when it is clamped in so-called chelate pliers, when the mineral itself is anchored between 2 amino acids: amino acid - magnesium - amino acid. This makes chelates significantly different from standard organic and inorganic forms. A chelate represents a special organic form of a mineral, in which the mineral is incorporated, for example, in plant leaves (see spinach, lettuce, etc.). For this reason, this form is the most suitable for our organism in terms of absorption and use.
