Solgar 's Ultimate B+C Complex is a nutritional formula that provides the vitamins of the B complex , vitamin C as well as bioflavonoids, betaine hydrochloride and glutamic acid, with multiple benefits for the body and for maximum absorption of Vitamin C.

Solgar's nutritional supplement is a formula that includes all the essential B vitamins as well as the non-essential choline and inositol.
Specifically, they are the following:
thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6, folic acid (B9), biotin, vitamin B12.

They are water-soluble components, as a result of which they do not accumulate in the body, they are excreted in a large percentage with the urine and their toxicity is almost impossible.

B vitamins act as coenzymes in a large percentage of the enzymatic reactions that support every aspect of normal cell function.
More specifically, the B vitamin complex has a beneficial effect on the nervous system and normal psychological functions.

The main functions of Vitamin C are to maintain collagen, ligaments, bones, teeth and to strengthen the walls of blood vessels and gums . It plays an important role in the absorption of iron which is necessary in the formation of erythrocytes, as well as in the utilization of folic acid. It offers strong antioxidant protection against harmful free radicals and increases the action of vitamin E. *

Vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal nervous system function, normal psychological function, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, maintenance of normal immune system function during and after intense physical exercise. *

Vitamin C (as L- ascorbic acid) 1000 mg, Thiamin (vitamin B1-as thiamin mononitrate) 50 mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 50 mg, Niacin (vitamin B3) (as niacin,niacinamide) 50mg

Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI)50 mg, Folic Acid 400 mcg , Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 50 mcg, Biotin (as D-biotin)50 mcg, Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5) (as D-Ca pantothenate) 50 mg, Inositol 50 mg, Choline (as choline bitartrate) 21 mg, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex 25 mg, Rose Hips (fruit) 25 mg, Hesperidin 5 mg, Rutin 5 mg, Betaine (from betaine HCI)15 mg, L-Glutamic Acid 15 mg.

1 tablet daily to be taken preferably with meals.

Store the product in a dry, cool environment up to 25°C (77°F), and protect from light. Improper storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity and storage in freezing conditions may cause deterioration of the product.
