PharmaVital Melatonin + Vitamin B6 x 90 Tablets - Promotes Relaxation & Sleep

PharmaVital Melatonin contains melatonin, a hormone that is naturally produced in the human body and plays an important role in regulating sleep. 
Taking melatonin daily before going to bed contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep. 
Melatonin is especially intended for people who travel to countries with different time zones. 
One tablet taken before bedtime during the first day of the trip contributes to an easier adjustment when changing the time zone.

They also contain Vitamin B6, which contributes to normal psychological function.

Melatonin 1 mg 
Vitamin B6 6 mg

Ingredients: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, pyridoxine hydrochloride, anti-hardening agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin 

Recommended daily use: one (1) tablet per day, before going to bed with a sufficient amount of liquid.
When traveling: one (1) tablet before bedtime during the first day of travel and during the next few days after arriving at the destination.

Tablets should not be chewed. 

Warning: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, planning a medical intervention or have a health problem, consult a doctor before use.
