The Orthomol Nemuri night spray offers a quick and uncomplicated aid to falling asleep for everyone who can't sleep at night. It combines melatonin with the plant extracts from passion flower and lemon balm. Melatonin regulates our sleep-wake cycle. Our body naturally gets tired in the evening, as the sleep hormone melatonin is released in the dark.
Orthomol Nemuri night Spray is sprayed into the mouth with just one spray shortly before going to bed. This way, the melatonin can be quickly absorbed through the oral mucosa and helps to shorten the time for falling asleep. it has a pleasant peppermint taste and it is vegan and does not contain sugar nor alcohol.

Give one dose (= 1 mg of melatonin) by mouth about 30 minutes before bedtime. Shake the bottle before use.

Important information

  • If you are taking medication to prevent sleep disturbances, consult your doctor before using the spray.
  • It is not recommended to use it with alcohol, and it is also not recommended to use it shortly before driving, operating machinery or performing work where there is an increased risk of accidents.
  • Do not use during pregnancy and lactation, do not use in children and adolescents.
  • Contains xylitol. Excessive consumption can cause diarrhea-causing effects.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • Do not use a nutritional supplement as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet.
  • Keep out of the reach of children.

Melatonin helps to shorten the time you fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime.

Melatonin relieves sensations associated with disturbed circadian rhythm. The beneficial effect is achieved when 0.5 mg is taken on the first day of travel, shortly before bedtime and in the first days after reaching the final destination.

Store for 6 months after opening.

Store in a cool dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C.
