Our bodies do not make or store biotin, which is an important vitamin that contributes to several functions and supports wellbeing. This is where Solgar’s premium, high-strength supplement comes in.

A daily dose this formula can help maintain the levels of biotin that your body requires. A water-soluble B vitamin, biotin is known for its beauty-supporting benefits such as supporting healthy-looking hair and skin and contributing to the improvement of nail resistance.

Biotin is necessary for healthy teeth, bones, hair and nails. It also contributes to maintaining enery-yielding mechanisms and general vitality.

Bulking Agent: maltodextrin,
Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose,
Anti-caking Agents: (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), D-biotin.
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications, have any medical condition, or are planning to undergo any clinical lab testing, consult your healthcare practitioner before use.
