Ashwagandha or Indien Ginseng grows as a shrub in northern India, primarily around the mountain range Himalaya. The root of the shrub is used within Ayurveda for stress, sleep and mental health. This product contains only dried and powdered whole root of Ashwagandha, which is the classic way of consuming it.

Ashwagandha can preferrably be taken with ghee and warm water or milk to improve it's effect. This herb should not be taken by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Organic India has some of the best and well produced herbs in the market. We and even many of our customers recommend them strongly. All of their products follow fair trade production practices and are certified free from heavy metals.

This product contains only dried and powdered whole root of Ashwagandha, which is the classic way of consuming it.

1/2 teaspoon, twice a day. Take it with a glass of warm water or milk
