Organic Greek mountain tea leaves (Sideritis spp.).

Boil 200 ml of water. Add 1–2 teaspoons of mountain tea. Let steep for 5–10 minutes.

Drink the beverage 1–3 times a day, hot or cold, after meals or anytime.
