Physiomer Plus Fresh Express 3-in-1 is a hypertonic nasal spray made with seawater, designed to provide rapid nasal decongestion, cleanse the nasal passages, and relieve nasal congestion. Its formula contains a natural mint and eucalyptus aroma for a refreshing sensation and easier breathing.

Pure Seawater, Sorbitol, Myristamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate, Water, Mint-Eucalyptus Aroma, Polyepsilon-Lysine, Alcohol, Niaouli Essential Oil

Children 6-15 years: 1 spray into each nostril up to 4 times daily.
