Lamberts CLA Capsules 1000mg x 90 Capsules

Clinical studies performed with CLA demonstrate the role it plays in maintaining the balance between muscle and adipose tissue.

CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is a type of fatty acid that is normally found in a wide variety of foods. However, some nutritionists believe that the amount of Conjugated Linoleic Acid obtained through our diet is less than what our body needs.

In recent years, there have been numerous reports in the international literature on how CLA is involved in fat metabolism. More specifically, clinical studies have shown that CLA helps maintain a balance between fat and lean body mass in people who follow a lifestyle that includes a healthy diet and regular exercise. This is why CLA is often recommended by nutritionists to people on a low fat diet or people who are worried about their body contour.

Lamberts® CLA contains Conjugated Linoleic Acid of Natural Origin (produced from the safflower plant), as in this form the majority of clinical studies have been carried out, while during the preparation process it is subjected to a special treatment to ensure its biologically active ingredients.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerin).

Two capsules after the two main meals of the day, a total of 4 capsules daily. 

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

This preparation is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. This product is not intended to prevent, treat or cure any human disease. Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have any health problems.
