 Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with some liquid.

Important advice: Use under medical supervision. According to the appropriate use, the recommended daily maximum amounts for pantothenic acid, biotin and thiamine are exceeded. Not suitable as sole source of nutrition.

Pantogar® vegan contains 0,3 mg biotin per capsule. If you are undergoing a laboratory test, you must tell your doctor or laboratory staff that you are taking or have recently taken Pantogar® vegan, as biotin can influence the results of such tests.
