Nestle NanCare Mama Lacto+ is a nutritional supplement for breastfeeding mothers.

Nestle NanCare Mama Lacto+ is a complete nutritional supplement designed for natural lactation support and enhancing the well-being of the nursing mother. Fenugreek, rich in phytoestrogens and saponins, helps maintain hormonal balance and improve energy and recovery of the body after childbirth. Ideal for maintaining the general well-being of the new mother and stimulating energy and recovery of the body.
It contains fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum), traditionally known for enhancing lactation.
It supports natural breast milk production.
Contributes to regulation of hormonal levels after childbirth.
It strengthens general well-being and energy of the nursing mother.
Suitable for vegan and vegetarian and Gluten free.

Each capsule contains 525 mg of powdered Fenugreek seeds.
Fenugreek powder, Thickener (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

During breastfeeding: Take 4 capsules per day (2 capsules twice a day).
