A cramp is a transient, involuntary, sudden and painful contraction of one or more muscles. The most commonly affected muscles are those of the lower limbs , namely the thighs, calves and feet.

Located in the legs, calves or feet, these cramps can occur at rest , generally at night (night cramps) or during physical exertion. Athletes, the elderly and pregnant women are the populations most exposed to this type of cramp. They are also linked to blood circulation.

An imbalance of water and mineral salts in muscle cells is thought to be the main cause of essential cramps.
During intense physical activity, for example, sweating causes the loss of many mineral salts, essential for the body's proper functioning and the relaxation of muscle fibers.

Myocalm C Cramps is intended for use during periods of regular cramping , as well as during physical exertion.
Its formulation is based on a combination of minerals, including magnesium, which plays a role in electrolytic balance and contributes to normal muscle function .
Other ingredients included in the composition are calcium, potassium, iron and selenium.

Myocalm C Cramps tablets are suitable for:
Daytime and nighttime cramps ,
As part of physical effort,
For muscular and electrolytic actions.

RA: Reference Intake

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; calcium carbonate; potassium citrate; magnesium oxide; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; iron fumarate; sodium selenite.

For regular cramps, swallow 1 tablet per day in the morning with a glass of water, all within a 30-day supplementation.
In case of physical exertion, swallow 1 tablet with a glass of water 1 hour before exercise, or 1 tablet after exercise.

Myocalm C Cramps is not a medicine and should not be used as such.
It should be consumed as part of a healthy lifestyle and a balanced and varied diet.
