The TEMPUR Symphony™ pillow is made primarily from TEMPUR® Material, a high-quality visco-elastic (memory) foam.

This material was originally developed from NASA technology and is designed to respond to your body’s shape, weight and temperature, adapting precisely for personalised support and pressure relief.

The TEMPUR Symphony™ pillow is designed to provide ergonomic support whether you sleep on your back or on your side.

Place the pillow on your bed and choose the side that suits you:
For back sleeping: use the more traditional, flatter side so that your head and neck are properly supported, maintaining the natural alignment of your spine.
For side sleeping: turn the pillow over and use the gently sloped side, which fills the space between your shoulder and neck for proper support.

Allow a few nights for your body to adjust to the TEMPUR® material, especially if you are switching from a conventional pillow.

Use it with a pillowcase or the removable cover provided. The cover can be removed and washed according to the care instructions.
