Place the pillow on your bed and choose the side that suits your sleeping position.

For back sleeping: Use the flatter, more traditional side to support your head and maintain the natural alignment of your neck and spine.
For side sleeping: Turn the pillow to the gently curved side. The shaped contour fills the space between your shoulder and neck for proper alignment and support.

Make sure the pillow is positioned so that your neck rests comfortably along the supportive edge.
Allow a few nights for your body to adjust, especially if switching from a standard pillow.

Use with the removable SmartCool™ cover or an additional pillowcase if desired.
The cover can be removed and washed according to the care instructions.
