Solgar Artichoke food supplement contains Cynara scolymus artichoke leaf extract that strengthens and protects liver function, while contributing to detoxification of the body. In addition, artichoke has a beneficial effect on the function of bile , supporting its flow and enhancing the absorption of fat-soluble components and food fats. It also supports and promotes the peristaltic movements of the gastrointestinal tract, facilitating the passage of food through the intestinal lumen.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Medicinal Products of Herbal Origin (HMPC) have approved the use of artichoke as a traditional herbal aid for the relief of digestive disorders such as mild indigestion, fullness, bloating and flatulence.

1 capsule daily to be taken preferably with a meal.

Store the product in a dry, cool environment up to 25°C (77°F), and protect from light. Improper storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity and storage in freezing conditions may cause deterioration of the product.
