Ialuset Silver Spray 125ml

Powder with absorbent characteristics containing 3% ionic silver. Its use on wounds, abrasions, minor burns, skin lesions, bedsores etc. it allows the control of exudates by creating a clean environment that facilitates the normal healing process while keeping the area protected from bacterial proliferation.

The product remains adherent to the treated area, does not slip off and can be easily removed with the use of physiological solution. 
If necessary, secure the product to the lesion with a sterile gauze or a transpiring bandage.
