Curling Ribbon / Band (1 piece): A long, smooth, silky fabric (often polyester or satin-textured) that you place over your head and wrap hair around to form curls.
Its silky material glides easily and is comfortable to wear even overnight. 

Curler / Roller (1 piece): Typically made of polyester fabric with internal wire to help maintain shape and give structure while wrapping hair around the ribbon.

To use the Invisibobble Beach Curl L set, start with dry or slightly damp hair.
First comb through your hair thoroughly to remove any tangles.
Divide the hair into two even sections from front to back.
Place the curling ribbon at the top of your head like a headband, making sure both ends hang down.
Secure one end of the ribbon with one of the Sprunchie hair ties.
Take a small segment of hair from the first section and wrap it away from your face around the ribbon, continuing to wrap successive segments until that entire section is wrapped. Once wrapped, secure the end with another Sprunchie hair tie.
Repeat this process on the second section of hair.
If included or if you prefer, the curler/roller can be used near the roots or ends to add more definition and volume while holding the wrapped hair in place.
For best results, leave the set in your hair for a few hours or overnight so the natural waves have time to form.
After sufficient time has passed, gently unwind your hair from the ribbon and Sprunchies, then use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to separate and shape the waves to your desired look.
No heat is required, and because the accessories are soft and smooth, they are comfortable to wear even while sleeping.
