To use the microlife cuff small 17–22 cm, first confirm that your upper arm circumference is within 17–22 cm for accurate readings. place the cuff on the upper arm with the lower edge about 1–2 cm above the elbow crease and wrap it snugly without over-tightening. connect the cuff tube to the monitor following the device instructions. sit comfortably with your arm supported at heart level, remain still and quiet, then start the measurement. after the reading, remove the cuff. for cleaning, remove the bladder and wash the cover by hand to maintain hygiene and durability.
