This is a rinse-out hair conditioner designed to be used after shampooing, mainly for people with oily, weighed-down, or product-buildup-prone hair.

It belongs to the Dr. Organic activated charcoal range, which focuses on deep cleansing + light restoration rather than heavy moisture.
The key ingredient is activated charcoal, which helps absorb excess oil and impurities from the hair and scalp.
It doesn’t “clean” like shampoo, but it helps keep the scalp feeling fresher and less greasy by supporting the removal of residue and buildup.
This is why it is often paired with a charcoal shampoo for a deeper purifying routine.
Alongside charcoal, the formula includes aloe vera, which adds light hydration and soothes the scalp, and argan oil, which helps smooth the hair and improve softness without making it heavy.
There are also hydrolysed wheat proteins and botanical extracts that help improve the hair’s feel and manageability after washing.
Despite being a “purifying” product, it is still a conditioner, so it works by coating the hair fibre lightly, reducing roughness, and helping with detangling.
