Do I have to wash my child's sensitive area with a special cleaner?

Are these cleaners safe for such a young age?

My little girl is constantly getting urinary tract infections what can I do in combination with the treatment to reduce the chances of getting a urinary tract infection again?

These are some questions we hear in the pharmacy but also online quite often.
Answers to the above questions

It would be good after the age of 2-3 years to wash your child (especially girls since they are more susceptible to urinary tract infections) with a special cleaner for these ages.
