Lamberts Echinacea 150mg x 20 Effervescent Tablets

Echinacea is one of the most popular herbs in the world and its popularity is based on the vast amount of research that has been carried out over the years.
It is a genus of herbaceous flowering plants in the daisy family- Asteraceae.
Echinacea has a complex mix of active substances, and of most interest compounds called phenols.
Many plants contain phenols, active substances that control the activity of a range of enzymes and cell receptors and protect the plant from infections and ultraviolet (UV) radiation damage.
Phenols have antioxidant properties, which may be good for human health.
Echinacea 160mg, Zinc 10mg, Vitamin C 135mg.

Other ingredients: Citric Acid, Acidity Regulators (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate & Sodium Carbonate), Insulin, Echinacea Extract, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Inulin, Zinc Gluconate, Flavor Enhancer, Anti-caking Agent (Tri Calcium Phosphate), Starch, Sweetening Agent (Sucralose)

Adults and children over 12 years old take 1 tablet daily or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
It is preferable to take the tablet after a meal, dissolved in a glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Keep in a cool and dry environment and protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.
