Everyone knows the importance of Vitamin C for the immune system. Did you know that Vitamin C also assists with healthy teeth, gums, skin, joints and bones? Winter, physical and mental stress and reoccurring health concerns can all affect your immune health.
If you are feeling the effects of the cold winter months or excessive stress on your immune health, then you should supplement your healthy diet and exercise with HealthAid® Vitamin C Tablets.

Vitamin C 500mg Tablets are chewable, which means they are easier to consume and tasty too. Alongside a healthy immune system, Vitamin C also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative damage. 

Too much Vitamin C may cause an upset stomach for sensitive individuals. Vitamin C from HealthAid® is specially formulated with Rosehip and Acerola to give a buffered tablet that does not irritate the stomach and is rapidly absorbed.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate), Sweetener (dextrose, sorbitol, sodium saccharin), Rosehip Powder, Acerola Powder, Anti-caking Agent (silicon dioxide, veg. stearic acid, veg. magnesium stearate), Flavour Enhancer (orange neorome).

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily with food, preferably in the morning.
Adults can increase up to six tablets daily if required.
Tablets can be sucked, chewed or swallowed whole.

Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
