TILMAN SEDISTRESS SLEEP, CONTAINS VALERIAN DRY EXTRACT,  USED FOR SLEEP DISORDERS AND STRESS 28 TABLETS
 
The recommended dose for adults and adolescents from 12 years is:
For relief of mild nervous tension, take 1 tablet up to 3 times daily.
For relief of sleep disorders, take 1 tablet half to one hour before bedtime, with an earlier dose
during the evening if necessary.
Do not exceed a dose of 4 tablets per day.
The tablets should be swallowed with some water. Do not chew.
In order to achieve an optimal treatment effect, continued use over 2-4 weeks is recommended.
Speak to a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen after 2 weeks of continued use.
 
The active substance is dry extract from Valerian root (Valeriana ofcinalis L.). Each tablet contains 500 mg of Valerian dry extract, equivalent to 2 g – 3 g of Valerian root.
Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60 % V/V.
The other ingredients are:
Tablet core: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium
hydrogen phosphate anhydrous, pregelatinised starch, colloidal silica anhydrous, magnesium stearate.
Film-coating:
polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol, talc, indigo carmine aluminium lake (E132), iron oxide red (E172), iron oxide black (E172).
