About 20 grams of magnesium are stored in the human body: about 60% in bones and 30% in muscles.

High-dose dietary supplement from Doppelherz with increased need for magnesium/valuable mineral for the normal function of the muscles
Especially in sports with an increased physical stress, an increased need for magnesium is created. To support the muscles and energy metabolism
The 2-phase system of the tablets ensures faster magnesium release in the first phase and in the second phase for several hours release

Magnesium oxide, Bulking agent Dicalcium phosphate, Bulking agent Isomalt, Bulking agent Microcrystalline cellulose, Bulking agent Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, Modified starch, Bulking agent Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Anti-caking agent Fatty acids, Anti-caking agent Magnesium salts of
fatty acids, Colour Iron oxides and hydroxides, Anti-caking agent Cross-linked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, Anti-caking agent Talc, Anti-caking agent Silicon dioxide, Glazing agent Hydroxypropyl cellulose, Coconut oil.

1 tablet daily at meal with enough liquid.
Do not chew.
