Effervescent multivitamin with delicious taste of mango & pineapple and of course quality Lamberts.
Lamberts® A-Z Multi is a one-a-day formula providing all of the most important micronutrients, many at 100% RDA. But when it comes to Vitamin D they have included double the RDA, the level that is increasingly being recommended.

This product provides an affordable way to ensure that the intake of key micronutrients will reach the recommended daily intake. You should also consider including Osteoguard®, a high strength calcium and magnesium formula and an Omega 3 supplement such as Lamberts High Strength Fish Oil 1100mg.

Vitamin A 800μg (2664iu) Calcium 160mg, Vitamin D 5μg (200iu) Iron 5mg, Vitamin E 12mg Magnesium 75mg, Vitamin C 80mg Zinc 5mg, Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 1.1mg Iodine 150μg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.4mg Manganese 2mg, Niacin (Vitamin B3) 16mg Selenium 55μg, Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 1.4mg Chromium 40μg, Folic Acid 200μg Molybdenum 50μg, Vitamin B12 2.5μg, Biotin 50μg, Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) 6mg, Vitamin K 75μg

Ingredients: Citric Acid, Acidity Regulators (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate & Sodium Carbonate), Humectant (Sorbitol), Inulin, Starch, TriCalcium Phosphate, Flavour, Sweetener (Sucralose).
